Wang Chunguang: Born 1963 in Jinzhou City. He began painting since the age of seven after he and his family had moved Yuci County, Shanxi Province, at which time his father arranged for him to be trained by Gao Xiangguo.
He finished middle school 1978, and moved with his father to Hengshui. In December 1979, was admitted to the Ji school, and was trained by Wang Xisan. Then in June 1980, Liu Ziyi became his master.
